PROJECTS
“FASHION PHOTOSHOOT”
‘Fashion’s Arabesque’ encapsulates a variety skillset, including art direction, photography, post-production, planning and researching.
The aim for the project was draw attention towards the harmonious connection between fashion and the art of ballet.
As a photographer, I have predominantly captured static shots. However, I felt I needed to broaden my repertoire. Enhance my skillset, diversify my knowledge, hence the collaboration with an excellent ballerina who was able to add a different dimension to my photographs with movement, flow and synergy.
The environment used had a white background, with a fully controlled setting and lights. This meant there were no concerns with the weather conditions negatively impacting the shoot plan and lowered the overall risk involved with shooting.
